Up to 200 Guests
The Venue has a maximum capacity of 200 guests for an event. Additional outdoor accommodations may increase the maximum guest limit.
Your Vendors
At Hayes Farm you are not required to use specific vendors. If you would like recommendations we are happy to supply you with a list of vendors we have loved working with in the past!
Flexibility
There are multiple ceremony locations to choose from on the property including a sandy waterfront, a beloved large oak tree, and a gorgeous wall of windows. Complimentary decorations are provided, however you are always welcome to use your own!
Hayes Farm
The rustic barn venue was built with love by Mr Hayes himself on the outskirts of their satsuma orchard to celebrate their daughter’s wedding in 2018. Since then, Mr and Mrs Hayes have shared their beautiful venue with anyone who wants to embrace the beauty of the orchard and the charm of this one-of-a-kind venue.
Amenities
Bridal Suite
The bride and her party have access to an on-site bridal suite equipped with a large hair & makeup bar with additional seating.
Outdoor Ceremony & Reception Space
The new covered patio adds another gorgeous location option for a ceremony as well as additional outdoor reception space.
Groom Suite
The groom and his men have a separate suite just for them! They can enjoy leather seating, a tv, and additional covered patio space.
Indoor Ceremony & Reception Space
The picturesque wall of windows in the venue offers a beautiful backdrop for a ceremony location and offers space for your reception to follow.
Private Use of Property
Enjoy your day with private use of the venue property. You may also enjoy easy access to the venue with a private on-site parking lot just for you and your guests.
Event Rentals
The Orchard offers free and paid additional event rentals and decor.
